So many things beckon me to stray from my goal of becoming more healthy. It seemed to take forever to lose 10 pounds. Now, with slightly revised goals that will guide me to success rather than disappointment, I am s-l-o-w-l-y losing more and building stamina.

Fitness Minutes: 4,101

My Goals:
Fitness, stamina, living happy, and use extra time as active time for my life rather than passive time

Concrete goals:
I have short term goals:
Exercise every day;
Concentrate on healthy eating by getting 8 cups of water every day and staying within my calorie range.
I have long term goals:
Lose weight to ultimately make it to 160 pounds, but this is being addressed a little at a time;
Reach a level of fitness where I don't have to worry about getting worn out during normal active days.

My Program:
Track food to be aware of calories and nutrition intake, but at the same time really enjoy food; as well as healthy exercise, not exercise that will run me into the ground and wear me out and kill my motivation

Personal Information:
Grew up in the Midwest in a big family.

Other Information:
I am a Children's Librarian, working with children with special needs. In my off time I love photography, fashion design, spending time with my family and pets, and especially reading and writing. I love Gary Allan, Dwight Yoakam and Emerson Drive!! I have a passionate interest in paranormal investigation and researching family history -- not necessarily at the same time! ...but maybe.
