    Checked out the 21-day fix. Looks like all their other gimmicks and A LOT of dishes to wash! Good luck!
    I really like the coconut oil; I've been using it for awhile. Got rid of the margarine and replaced it with butter and don't use vegetable oil at all anymore. Baby steps!
