Name''s Amanda. :) I''m 31, married with 2 step daughters & a handful of pets - living in Arizona & looking for someone to text/email/workout with/motivate/inspire/etc. I''m looking for someone in the same weight range & who has the same types of weight loss goals, who can whip me into shape when I feel like giving up or have hit a brick wall. My Program:
~Eating healthy. (Sounds simple but it's taken me a long time to learn that I simply do not have the metabolism & energy I did in my teens.)
~Transitioning into a vegetarian.
~Yoga every night.
~Mountain biking, swimming when time allows.
~Not hiding what I eat. In other words, if I wouldn't eat it with others around, I don't eat it at all. (ie: an entire bag of cookies.)
~Only eating what is good for me. Think: Will *insert food here* give me energy? Or will it make me need a nap. Will it give my skin a healthy glow? Or will it add another inch to my waistline.

    Not to bad! Been long days lately.. I'm headed to vegas monday so I'm nervous as ever!!! It's for a business trip and I feel as if I'll be out of place and a little lost.
    It also will throw me out of whack for my workouts and what not.. I'm complaining now but i am sure once i'm there ill have fun!
