GETTING RID OF EXCESS BAGGAGE
I was so happy when I found out I was pregnant, I was determined to have a happy pregnancy. Unfortunately, that meant throwing caution the wind and eating everything I wanted! After waiting to recover from a c-section, I have been on a mission to get back to my pre pregnancy weight - getting rid of "excess baggage" if you will, but not just physically. Mentally as well. Because I realize that losing the weight won't be good enough - this is a mission to change the way I see and feel about ...

My Program:
I mainly work out to Tae Bo DVDs 4-5 times a week. I follow up my 30-45 minute Tae Bo session with a session on the stationary bike, time permitting (or if my daughter permits, I should say, hehe)

My goal is to walk 30 min a day.
I'm in between a SAHM and a Working mom. I don't work but I go to nursing school full time so I still don't have a lot of time. Right now I have summer classes for the next 3 weeks Mon thru Fri.
