My Goals:
My goal is to look good in all my clothes and become healthier.

My Program:
 Workout at Curves three times a week and use the treadmill three or four times a week for at least 40 min.


Personal Information:
I am from Dallas, Tx and am a retired Postmaster.

Other Information:
 I belong to a book club that meet once a month and I have been learning to play bridge.

    Hey Carolyn,
    How was your Thanksgiving? Are you back on track from the holiday? I'm back to my exercise, but I have more work to do on the food. China was awesome. It was one of the best trips that I've taken. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in new places & other cultures. After I've visited more countries that I've never been to before, China would go on a list for a second visit.

    Hey Carolyn,
    Thanks for your welcome to BBQ's. My partner is a retired tractor trailer driver from the USPS. I'm retired from the school system & bored. That's how I gained quite a bit of weight - not that I was thin before, but... Anyway I'm planning to change all of that. So happy to have found SP & BBQ's.
