Ever been told your too fat to ride a roller coaster?? I HAVE

Ever had a kid look at his mommy and say "look mommy a fat lady"?? I HAVE

Ever had a skinny girl stand right next to you have ane a picture taken so she can look skinner?? I HAVE

THUS, why i am here.. i need to change, for the better or worse.. i am here.. when i fall off i WILL get back on, when i succeed i will praise myself, When i am skinny, i will not forget how it felt to be a big girl..

So it's been a while!! need to update this!! LOL.. well the 10 pounds i lost i gained BACK and THEN SOME!! lol.. but trying to loose it again to get back into the goove of things.. i'm now low carbing it, and LOVE IT!! :o) i QUIT SMOKING!!! YEAH!!! did relize how much money i spent every week on those things!! GEEZE!! lol.. but other then that, just working like always, and trying to keep my head above water right now, but working on it!! :o)

i'm 28 years old.. i got turned onto from some friends i have. We are all in the same boat.. we would LOVE to eventually lose around 100lbs.. but baby steps first.. So far i have givin up fast food, booze, and cutting down on my smoking to hopefully quit soon..

down 10lbs so far and feeling it.. i can see the bones in my arms again. not just fat!! LOL...

I LOVE to cook.. i cook all the time.. and i really want to open a bar/BBQ/Grill in the future.. my new idea is to have a resuraunt that only serves thing under 600cal for people.. that way they are not tempted like i always am when i go out to eat..

when i DO get under 200lbs i'm cutting my hair off for Locks of love... and i WILL get there.. i know i will... and i will be able to help out someone else on my jurney..

My Goals:
To run a 5K.. to fit into a size jeans with one ONE number for the size.. to finnaly MEET my girls!! face to face so i can give them all a big ol hug, and say thank you to them all.. :o)

My Program:
LOW CARB!!! :o) no more then 20 net carbs a day, and 12-15 carbs from veggies.. i got a gym membership from my hubby for my birthday (and NO i wasn't mad at him, it was the BEST gift ever in my book!! i already know i'm fat.. that's why i needed that!! LOL) and working out there about 5 times a week.. for about an hour to hour and a 1/2 a time..

At the gym i do:
45-60 min on the eliptical going 4.0 MPH or higher

10-15 min on weights

15-20 min "cool down" on treadmill, the "random" selection going about 3.2 mph

Personal Information:
I'm here to be healthy... if i get skinny along the way, great.. but if not, that is o.k. too.. I need to watch my son grow up , and with a history of cancer and diabeaties in my family, i need to be as healthy as i can be in case one of these things do happen at some point in my life...
