My Goals:
To get down to 125. Yep. No joke.

My Program:
 Basic cross training program. Nothing fancy.


Personal Information:
I have a fun, crazy family that I adore. I couldn't imagine a better life. A thinner, healthier one, sure, but it's pretty darn great.

Other Information:
 I made drastic cuts to my career to spend time with my kids. I never thought I would do that and now, I can't imagine any other life. No regrets in the least.

    It was great running into you this past weekend! Hailey ended up get her face painted as Hello Kitty.

    I love the4 farmers market at tivoli. The do a great job. I ended up making carrot soup with ginger (SP receipe) with the carrots I picked up. It was good, but a little too spicy especially for Hailey.

    It has been awhile. I hope all is well. I can't beleive the summer is almost over. I am taking down to San Diego for week to stay with folks. This will be the first time my baby will away for more than one night. Yikes!!!
