Even when things seem hopeless keep strong and moving on!
I know what I need to do. Self control is a big thing. Lack of self discipline also an issue. I am accomplishing more and more each day. I can do this...I AM doing this. One step at a time, one minute at a time, it will get done. Changing my life to enjoy my life!

My Goals:
Lower my blood pressure ~ CHECK!
Lower my A1C ~CHECK!
Lose weight ~ CHECK, STILL GOING!
Kick bad eating habits~ Forever a process
Kick bad exercise habits~ Forever a process
Not beat myself up ~CHECK!
Celebrate my victories~ CHECK!!!

Stop sabotaging myself when things are going good! I deserve to be happy and healthy! ~ Forever a process

Drink half my weight of water in ounces to repair those cells in my body and make them whole again so my body functions at its best. ~CHECK! Still doing
My Program:
Exercise and lower carb. CONSTANT DAILY ATTENTION to what I need to do. Then do it!
Personal Information:
I am a 43 year mom, CMA, and wife. I am entering what my ma calls the wonder years. And enjoying every moment.
The Wonder Years=
I wonder why I came in this room. I wonder where I set that list. I wonder what time he told me he needed picked up. THE WONDER YEARS!
Other Information:
I want to be healthier. I want to be smaller. I want to overcome my obstacles. I want to stick to a healthier lifestyle.
I AM healthier, smaller, and have overcome my obstacles by sticking to a healthier lifestyle. I will love myself and continue to do this.

Life would be much more upbeat if there was just background music no matter when or where you were doing things. It would also be more fun if people didn't look at you funny when you danced to the music down the sidewalk ha ha~
