    Hi thank you for stopping by to check on me! My withdrawal from carbs actually subsided that night once I got a good amount of protein in me! I just hadn't really eaten anything since that morning. (Bad I know) And by the time I got back home I was starving! I need to start taking a protein snack with me so that I'm not tempted to eat carbs or want to raid the fridge by the time I do get home! Fail to plan..Plan to Fail!
