Introduction Text WOW, this post was 9 years ago and so much has changed since then, both good and bad! That’s part of life and I’ve gone from 4 grandchildren to 9 grandchildren 💖💖 they are the loves of my life and being such joy to life. I’m ready to positively begin this improvement in my life, health and motivate myself and others to do better! I'm ready to be 50 and Fabulous!!! This is the year that Donna starts taking care of Donna! I need to be the healthiest and fittest I can be, not just physically also emotionally and spiritually too! How can I take care of others and be here to watch my grandchildren grow and have the time to do all the things I want to do, like explore and discover new things, places and people. if i'm not the best I can be!

I'm a 51 yr old mom of 5, grandmother of 7. I want to stop being tired all the time and be healthy.

I walk 3 to 4 miles at least 3 times a week. I also use Pilates videos to help strengthen and tone my body and also help with increasing my flexibility.

Originally from NY I've been in the south for the past 24 years. I live in a rural area and enjoy the slower pace of life. I am a volunteer firefighter and have earned my certification and license as an EMT.

I enjoy reading, gardening, cooking especially baking. I enjoy my kids and my grandkids.
