I am married, my husband and I are both diabetic and have sleep apnea. We have 9 kids between us and currently have 10 grandkids with #11 due the end of May. I am struggling with lots of health issues recently (diabetic, sleep apnea, overwieght, stabbing pain in lower right leg with pins and needle sensations, pain shooting through leg when touching just below the knee, bulging discs in lower back) needless to say I have several issues which make it difficult to do exercises to help with the weightloss program.

LOOKING FORWARD TO 2010:
Over the last 13 months I have lost 54 pounds. I have dropped at least 2 pant sizes and am wearing pants that I haven't warn since sometime in 2006. The pants that I was wearing are so big that they almost fall off me and I can take them off without unbuckling them. I have noticed that my fasting blood sugar numbers have decreased which is a good thing and hopefully can decrease the amount of medicine I am taking for my diabetes. January 2010 weight and measurements are as follows:
weight: 245.2
waist: 44"
hips: 51.6"
neck: 15.5"
thigh:
BMI: 42.1

It's Friday once again! I hope these jokes will rise to the occasion. I can promise that it's scone to be a lot of fun. I have taken it upon myself to separate the wheat from the chaff in my endless search for the best jokes to start your weekend off with a good belly laugh or two.
I'd batter make this short and swheat before these jokes become stale . . .

What do you call a lawyer who cooks?
    A sue chef.

A famous Italian chef opened a new restaurant to rave reviews.
His revenues amounted to a pretty penne.

Last night I ate a a new restaurant in town, and the food tasted funny.
Turns out they had hired a circus clown as a part time chef.

Our local doughnut shop just recently closed. Turns out the owner got tired of the hole thing.

When baking natural doggie biscuits, make sure you use collie flour.

It was rumored that Shakespeare might have been a baker.
After much research, it was found to be much a-dough about muffin.

Old bakers never retire, they just keep making lots of dough.

Well, that's about it for this Friday. I think I'll quit while I'm on a roll.
    Enjoy your weekend!

    ~~Thanksgiving Meal~~
    May your stuffing be tasty,
    May your turkey plump,
    May your potatoes and gravy,
    have nary a lump.
    May your yams be delicious,
May your pies take the prize,
    and may your Thanksgiving dinner
    stay off your thighs.

Awwwww, thanks for the rainbow. Mr. Spot was peaceful and isn't suffering. **SIGH** Just miss him. But have a feeling both he and Dad are playing fetch. They were best buddies.
