I'm a girl 64 years young. Having 3 boys ,all married and 7 grand kids 5 boys and 2 girls. I am so happy that a year ago I did find this site. SP really changed my life for good. Now I am stronger, thinner, healthier , I am a retired super HAPPY Grand mother and almost reaching my goal, which keep me very positive . Enjoying my life every day as never before. Loving myself, my body, my feelings and super thankful to my heavenly father for this wonderful time of my life feeling healthy and younger. I KNOW I CAN DO IT. I LOVE THIS NEW WAY OF LIVING. My Goals:
Going to the gym 5 to 6 days a week.
Eating as healthy as I can.
DRINKING my Water
and GREEN TEA
Weights 2 or 3 times a week,
Yoga 3 times a week
SLEEPING 8 hours a night.


My Program:
I am trying to follow the program as close as I can. I am not perfect, but I am changing a lot of my food, especially my portions and adding more fruits and veggies to my diet.



Personal Information:
I born in Mexico City and came to USA more than 25 years ago. I have a big family, 7 sisters and 3 brothers. I have 3 Cancer survivor sister and I am in a program called Sisters with Cancer for almost 10 years.


Other Information:
I love comedy movies

I enjoy going to church on Sundays.

I like Easy listening music

I love to read about Health

I am very friendly.

    To all the Casual Travelers I wish to all of us a wonderful journey in this beautiful trip. My weight is 180 this morning. I have to lose 9 pounds. I usually DRINK 10+ GLASSES of water. I'm going to be changing my workout every few days because this work better for me, or when I have muscle pain I prefer a long walking to be sure I burn about the same amount of calories that I need for a day. I put my pictures (BEFORE) FRONT AND SIDE I will be reporting every day my activities. My challenge #1 is workout in the mornings, I'm going to try to get up earlier my first week to make an habit . I have no problem with fruits and veggies I eat them a lot. WELL HERE WE GO. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon We are a TEAM I need support and I will give it as much as I can. I am a NEW LEARNING IN PROCESS emoticon .
