Introduction Text I just need consistency to be successful this time. Working on the Eating, Running, Sleeping......Wait...I'm working on everything! Upcoming Race is December 1st!!!!! Space coast Half Marathon!!!!

Finish the Space Coast Half Marathon and show the people I live with that I CAN and WILL complete my goals.

Staying on spark as much as possible. Logging everything, Reading as much as I can. and Running three to five times a week, I have to find a good weight routine though!

Part of my issues are my need for needlework, I love to stitch, quilt, knit, crochet. I haven't found any running groups that run and stitch at the same time! I wonder why?????
