Never Too Late To Start Your Day Over


Artist, teacher, 10th generation Vermonter. I'm trying to get back to healthy eating and exercise habits after a chain reaction of life circumstances left me with a 20 lb. weight gain (in only 1 year).

My Goals:
Make daily exercise a habit
Figure out how to eat well without being rigid
Have more energy, contentment, agency and connection


My Program:
 Small amount of exercise every day--small achievable goals to build habits
Tracking everything I eat to see what I can do differently
A few minutes of meditation, yoga or quietly doing nothing every day to remember what it feels like to not be stressed

    Thanks for commenting on my blog about being brave. You asked if I'm from Ireland which is kind of funny. I'm actually from and living in Newfoundland (that island off the east coast of Canada) but our accents are often mistaken for Irish. How neat that you are travelling there this summer. I've never been there but my friends spent their honeymoon there and were amused because the locals all assumed they were from another part of Ireland!
