Hello dear Friends

I've been struggling my whole life, battle of the bulge, yo-yo'ing up and down, crash, fad, liquid and anything else out there dieting . I have come to grips, they DON'T work. I am diabetic and refuse to let it control me. I've decided to take control of MY life, get down to the nitty gritty and get HEALTHY. In addition, I have struggled with Bulemia most of my life and at times, it still sneaks up to haunt me. The time I feel like it's behind me, it comes lurking around the corner when I'm feeling down, tempting me to fall back into THAT pit. Everyday is a struggle and everyday that we make it through that day, is a goal in itself. I know that it is only I that can reach that goal and that nobody can do it for me.

" I SHALL BE FREE"

I know it will be a slow process, but like I have learned, it's a lifestyle change not a DIET and anything worth having, is worth working for.
