    I noticed your fitness minutes are very low. In your "spare" time, mother of 4, here is what I have done:

    Buy a scale, a good one. Follow Spark recommendations. Set up your weight goal, "Edit goals" on the Start Page, don't set a radical weight loss. Track ALL your food (good and bad days, you have to be honest with yourself). Drink water. I personally did all this. I set a goal of 1 pound a week over 5 months. I dropped more at first, 2 pounds a week, but then things evened out. Nowadays I just keep my daily calorie target at the low number that Spark recommends. Sometimes I have to eat a bit when I don't really want to just to hit the minimum. Make sure as you lose weight, you update your Spark weight so your calories will adjust properly.

    Get a not-fancy Fitbit. You just need a steps tracker. Set a do-able steps goal. Sync it with Spark, and set up your fitness activity to use steps for calorie calculations.

    I am slowly going down. Some days the scale is up 2 pounds, that's all right. I just keep to the course. I "officially” weigh once a week. I measure my gut at biggest point and hips. I keep a personal log of my health items, I enter it daily. I weigh most days and record it. When I see a new low, I highlight it. I can go back through my log and see a slow, sometimes unsure, but steady weight drop. That view really feels good. I walk every day now, didn’t at first. I’ve increased my walk to a continuous 30 minutes and at least 9000 steps. That’s it. I am close to goal and down 35 over 7 months.

    I lost my first 50 pounds at an average of 1.75 pounds per week. I lost the last 30 pounds at half a pound a week average. Yes, it was exciting to lose faster, but there were advantages to the later stage, too:

    1) whenever I messed up, I could focus on how far I had come to keep from getting discouraged. (look at those old big clothes I don't need; look at old pictures; think about the things I couldn't do when I was heavy, etc)
    2) I felt a whole lot better once I'd lost 50 pounds
    3) exercise was more fun as I got smaller
    4) I learned a lot about nutrition and healthy, satisfying foods that helped as I continued the lifestyle

    I'm sure there are things you have learned and things you can do now that you couldn't do before that are helping you lose now.
