There is no quitting this time. I i'm tired of being unfit and unhealthy and with sparkpeople that will all change I will drink 8 glasses of water a day. You won't believe how good it felt when I went jogging for the first time in over 6 months it was amazing and I loved it. I went on this 2 week vacation and I did'nt exercise at all and I did'nt eat that well either and I gained a few pounds back but I will lose it all because I'm going to work so hard. I'm just tired of being unhealthy and unfit when I play with the other guys I run out of breath faster and can't keep up but once I lose more weight I'll be past them. Once I finish losing 20lbs I will get a gym membership and workout so I can get muscle and make all my lose skin tight. I love giving and reciving encouragement and I just want to give a shout out to all the sparkpeople and non-sparkpeople that have helped me on my journey to being fit and healthy. I was on sparkteens for about 2 years I had a ton of sparkpoints and such but I turned 18 and decided to make my way tovthe adult site sparkpeople. I know that times are hard but fitness and eating right are on the top of my to-do list everyday. I just posted pic of me with my shirt off and it took me 2 months to get the strenght to do it but I look so much better allready. I have cut back on a couple of my P90X videos cause I don't have as much time as I would like to do them. But I'm trying to get in as many as possible and make up for the missed ones. I'm only 18 and I have been through so much in my life thru pain in suffering, no sleep, abuse mentally and physically, and even suicidal thoughts but I'm here to change my ways and be a healthy not only my body but my mind set. So cheers to a new me because I'm here and I'm ready to go!!

My Goals:
My goals are very simple I want to be fit and eat healthy. Get muscle and look good.

My Program:
I will work out everyday besides sunday. Monday, Wednesday, & Friday I will do cardio. Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday I will do Strength Training. CUT BACK ON FAT INCLUDING SWEETS & FAST FOOD.

Personal Information:
I'm from mena, Arkansas but raised in Texas. I'm a country boy at heart I love agriculture & everything on the farm. I'm ready for the new me just tell me something are you ready for the new you.

Other Information:
I love to read in my spare time I love to shop, exercise, watch tv, wrestle & cook. I would love to be a chef and own my own restraunt when I get older. I will go to college for about 6 years. I love people and helping them and making them happy & seeing there faces when they look at the food and say wow that looks good then when they eat it and don't say anything because there awestruck.

    Hi! Thanks for visiting my page! As far as my weight is concerned, it's disappointing because I'm not dropping any. But then again, my nutrition is far from being perfect... But the programme is getting easier after 2.5 weeks, don't you think?
