Introduction Text Thanks for looking at my sparkpage! I really enjoy sparkpeople, the articles (including recipes), the members and healthy advice you provide. Such positive messages are so inspiring. My fellow members-keep striving to meet your goals-you can do it!

To stay healthy at 50 and beyond. I really enjoy working out outdoors, when the weather is decent. Thank goodness I have a fitness club membership since Cleveland's weather can be nasty sometimes! I am always trying to improve my eating habits also.

I try to work out 3-5 times per week,eat healthy foods, at least 8 hours sleep daily.

Married 26 years to Mark, my daughter is engaged to a wonderful guy, and a son in graduate school. I feel very blessed. Trying to keep Mark healthy also by encouraging physical activity and healthy eating habits (not much junk food in our house anymore).

Love to read, see my family (all live locally, it's cool). I'm kind of a homebody, don't mind just hanging out here.
