Introduction Text I'm keeping my title of "Going All the Way to Goal!" because I intend to do that. I have been feeling bit discouraged about gaining back 20 of the 40 pounds I lost initially. I am done with that now, though. I WILL stick with my plan and lose that 20 pounds again and then continue on to my goal of being at a healthy weight.

My ultimate goal is to get down to 165 lbs. which will put me in the "normal" BMI range. My weekly goal is to lose 1 to 1 1/2 pounds on average.

My specific actions to work toward my goals are: --logging into sparkpeople.com --tracking my food and cardio --strength training (which I find very challenging but I'm trying hard to be positive and trust that I will get strong and better at it!) -Journaling and blogging to celebrate successes, to explore my feelings, and to work through obstacles.

I am a math teacher at an alternative high school and really love my job. I also enjoy movies, books, theater and spending time with friends.

I have already learned a great deal about health and nutrition but have problems sticking with things.
