Fitness Minutes: 302,494

My Goals:
it seems like i have been trying to lose 15 pounds forever. Nothing seems to work .Maybe now with others saying "yes you can", I will too

My Program:
 Thought it was time to change this. I do the elliptical 6 days a week and another 30 minutes 7 days a week plus other stuff.


Personal Information:
I am almost 62 and so excited to collect S.S. My husband Jeff and I have been married for over 38 years and have beautiful twin boys (28). They live in New York and I miss them so much. We have always had a ton of animals but only have 3 cats and one dog now.



Other Information:
 I love food and cook books and recipes,and menu plan every week. We have something new at least 3 time a week. I love to travel and wish we could do it more. I like to read .

    Hi Mary! I hope that your week has been wonderful - I have kind of been up and down, but hanging in there LOL

    If you look at your goodies, the "spices" that I send contain the recipe in the note. Let me know if you have trouble for some reason, but you should be able to click on the "see all of my goodies", and then the note that came with the spices goodie should be able to be seen by you!

    Have a wonderful weekend, my friend! We are having November weather right now. I had to wear my long underwear to walk the dogs this morning. Not a huge fan of winter, I must admit. But I think you already know that about me!!! LOL

    Hi Mary! Our weekend was alright - it was a very beautiful Saturday so we were able to get out for a motorbike ride. We never know how long that will last, as sometimes summer goes directly into winter here. LOL

    Yesterday it rained almost all day, quite abit of moisture by the time we went to bed. That means the yard work we wanted to do today will have to wait until tomorrow when the flowerbeds are drier. Getting everything cut down and ready for winter... sigh.

    I am getting things done, so I'm feeling pretty good. My DH is now at physio five days a week, two hours a day. This is week two for him and he's feeling stronger already! YAY

    I hope your week will be wonderful!!!
