Today Is The First Day Of The Rest Of My Life.


I am tired of being young mentally and old physically. I may be Grannie, to the grandchildren, but I am still a young adult at heart. I am so ready to make this lifestyle change.

Fitness Minutes: 14,351

My Goals:
My short term goal is to take off 40 pounds, and to make my body healthier by eating healthier.

My Program:
 I am watching my portion sizes. I am cutting way back on the amounts of fat and sweets in my diet. And I am adding more fruit and veggies to my diet as well.


Personal Information:
I have a wonderful husband. Two grown sons, and a grown step-daughter. I have two beautiful grandsons, the oldest lives with us. He is our pride and joy!

Other Information:
 I enjoy working outside in my flower gardens.
I love college football, especially the SEC. How Bought Them Gators!!
I also like Nascar. I grew up near Daytona. My favorites are the Hendrix Team, especially Gordon, and Jr.
