    Just stopping by to say "HI"... I see you are still hanging in there with S90 emoticon ... I have been having a slow couple of weeks, but hope to start the pyramid/BFL workout by the end of the week, or the latest the first of next week on Sunday.

    I wanted to know if you wanted some information about the Primal Blueprint?... of so, just let me know.

    Good morning... how are you? ... this must be like the second week of S90 right?... I am glad that you like it, I wish I did, but I really don't think it's for me... I do better with exercises like the BFL format... just tried and true strength training exercises with a normal pace. I can do some of the upper body workouts from S90 and will probably add some in my rotation from time to time to keep it interesting emoticon

    Well, regarding the Primal Blueprint diet, the diet is based on eating protein/fat/non-starchy carbs... it is based on the paleolithic era in time when supposedly people didn't eat grains, dairy, or any processed foods...

    Although you don't eat starchy carbs... sweet potatoes/yams being the official exception... it is not like the Atkins diet where you limit your fruit... you are allowed fruits and ALL veggies, except corn, white potatoes... I will give you more information on this as well.... But the reason I like the Primal Blueprint program is because Mark Sisson allows dairy, in moderation, and I haven't given it up, he just suggests that if you use dairy to use the best, like organic yogurt, or Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, etc... I also added back in some grains and steel cut oatmeal for the days when I work out the hardest because I need more calories... this diet emphasizes more fat by eating nut butters, nuts, except peanuts (... considered a legume)... I eat more almonds/walnuts...because I tend to eat a lot of almond butter... it is so good... but healthy if you can control your portions...

    Well, off to work, but let me know if this is something that you want to learn more about and I will give you more information about it later on today/tonight...

    emoticon That's what we are shootin for girl;) I did Core today, had to take a day off yesterday we all had a stomach bug emoticon It was really short but Loved it!!!! Did some cardio after. It was only 22 minutes with warm-up, girl I was dripping sweat;) emoticon
