I am a computer nerd with a big heart. I have struggled with being overweight my entire life and I have always wanted to be thin. I am an emotional eater, which is the big issue that is behind my yo-yo of weight gain. I got down close to my goal weight once, but then life stresses had me turning to food and it wasn't long before I got back up to where I am now.

Weight Loss Journey here I come!!

My Goals:
I would like to actually be thin for the first time in my life and feel positive when I look in the mirror in the morning.

My Program:
 Wii Active game, walking the dog. I have redone my eating habits and am eating only healthy foods.


Personal Information:
I am from Kansas. I am a computer programmer by day and a graduate student by night.

Other Information:
 I have a Welsh Corgi named Tucker. I enjoy doing web design projects in my spare time. I like to read and watch movies. I am all about Netflix.
