Hello!
My Motivation
In the past couple of years I have noticed a significant change in my body - it seems to be expanding. I'm not sure if it is because I hit 30, but I've finally decided I'm not going to tolerate it. As well, I am hoping to get pregnant with my husband of 2 years in the next year, and I want to be healthy and fit so my baby will be as healthy as possible.

My Motivation
In the past couple of years I have noticed a significant change in my body - it seems to be expanding. I'm not sure if it is because I hit 30, but I've finally decided I'm not going to tolerate it. As well, I am hoping to get pregnant with my husband of 2 years in the next year, and I want to be healthy and fit so my baby will be as healthy as possible.
About Me
I am 31 years old living in downtown Toronto, Canada. I work at an office job and so don't move nearly enough! My hobbies (currently) are knitting, knitting, knitting, obsessing about Twilight, and trying to get back into running.
Me & Exercise
In the past couple of years I have tried to get into running. Last year I participated in a number of clinics and was able to comfortably run 9 kms after 6 months. Unfortunately, life got in the way and I have never fully gotten back into it again. I'm hoping that with tracking my food intake and getting back into running I will be able to be a healthier, fitter, version of me. I have IBS (dairy triggered) and depression. I found when I was running regularly that I felt better overall - my moods were more even and my digestion was regulated. I'm hoping to reclaim these benefits again.

Get fit and healthy.
Current short term goal is to run at least 1 10k race this summer (scheduled for May 1).
My Program:
I am working on eating healthy foods as much as possible and watching my portion sizes. I'm trying to start running again. No more excuses!
