My name is Maxine, I am 21 years old. I am starting up college again in the Fall for Fashion Merchandising. I work as a waitress and spend as much time as possible with my amazinggg friends and my boyfriend. :)

I have tried Sparkpeople before & it was amazing for the first couple months and then lost my will power and fell off of the plan.

I recently got a huge rude awakening that in the last 3 or 4 months I have re-gained at least 16lbs. I had lost a good amount of weight on weight watchers this past year and then quickly those pounds crept right back on as soon as I stopped going to meetings. That is something that I would never have imagined. I have decided that I have to change, if for no other reason than to get my pants to fit again!

Working out is going to be the hardest thing for me to incorporate into my life again. I work at least 45 hours a week at two jobs and by the time I get home all I want to do is sleep. So working out is not high on my list of things to do with my free time. But I need to start it up again even if it's only doing my Walk Away the Pounds dvds for a 1/2 hr a day.

Eating is also going to be a big thing for me. I loveeee food oh so much. And eating out is pretty much all that me & my boyfriend do. We both need to work on that & hopefully it is going to end very soon when we move into our new apartment in September and we are dead broke. What it really comes down to is that I am just going to watch what I put in my mouth. And realize that snacking is my biggest issue.

So that is me, hopefully this time around I can really get healthy...that is the most important thing of all!

Get to a place where I am happy with my body. I don''t need to be skinny...I just need to be confident!

*Eventually maybe even weight 110!...hey a girl can dream

My Program:
I am trying to eat only 1,200 calories a day and less than 35 grams of fat. Keeping track of that on this site has been great for me!

I am also going to try to work out at least 5 days a week by doing cardio for about 30-60 minutes. My best bet is most likely walking or jogging, but I also love to do my WAP dvds.

And then my biggest change will be strength training on about 3 days a week, something I am not very good at but need to start doing...any tips on that would be great!
