Life changing experience 5 yrs and counting
Started Spark June 2010, my goal when I started SP was to learn how eat better to try a get off my high blood med.
By Nov. 2010, my blood press was normal (130/75). My doctor gave me permission to stop taking my BP Med. BUT would leave the prescription OPEN until my next visit. Just had my annual physical, as January 2011, my PRESCRIPTION for BP has been CANCELLED :-)
That was change from (158/97) to (130/75) in about 5 month.

50 to 75 miles
When walking
10 to 15 miles a week.
Personal Information:
Old guy :-) Just trying to live a heather life.
Married have kids, (all that old guy stuff)
Other Information:
Enjoy bike cycling.
Currently a marathoner.
