When I reached my original final goal of 135 in October of 2011, I decided to go for 129 for one reason only: I wanted to be able to claim a weight that was in the 120 something range.

Well, I reached 129 at the beginning of February 2012. Knock on wood, it has been easy to maintain my new weight since then. It hasn't been precarious. It hasn't been hard. It hasn't been iffy. It has been downright easy!

The art of eating has evolved into a beautiful thing with Sparkpeople's Nutrition Tracker. I implore ANY person who is not using it, to PLEASE make it the most important part of your quest. The tracker will make ALL the difference in the world. You do not need to follow Sparkpeople's eating plan (I never used it.)

Everyday this was my motto: DO NOT EXCEED the bottom line Nutrition Tracker numbers for calories, carbs, fats, and protein.

If you do that ALONE, you will succeed beyond your wildest dreams.

    Yes I heard about the Christian haters still trying to take down yet another cross. Instead of just putting out positive info to get more folks to join their religion, they have to try to destroy Christianity. They are pathetic and will eventually pay for their evil and intolerant ways. By the way, I'm sure you notice that is the cross in my profile pic. It was taken when and where my son got commissioned into the Army as an officer. So sad that he is fighting for the rights of the cowards that are trying to destroy and demean his faith.

    Yes, this time Wellington had a big shake. It is all on the same fault line. We experienced the awful quakes in Christchurch where over. 100 people died. We are now living in Auckland and we did not feel it. Thank you so much about thinking about us and for making contact. It does seem like the sleeping giant is now awake. It is a bit of a worry. Living in Christchurch during the quakes and its aftermath was no joke.
