    Thanks for your support and suggestion. You are right. I need to carry something like almonds for those unexpected times I need a snack. I usually can get through a work session without one, but I think I got up too early yesterday and when I am not rested, I tend to need a little food a little more frequently to keep going. Hope your day and week are going well!
