Hi Megan! Losing slowly isn't necessarily a bad thing. As long as you can find a way to keep it consistent, you're still benefiting. I'd suggest tracking your measurements as well. If you're physically active and eating right, something is changing. And if it's not the number on the scale, it has to be that number on the tape measure lol.
