Hello to all the People Who want to succeed and live Healthy again....

Fitness Minutes: 120

My Goals:
My goals are to live a long healthy life with my 3yr.old daughter. To eat in a more timey manner and smaller portions; to drink at least 9 cups of water each day , and to exercise at least 30 min a day. To justgt back the real me and feel healthy again! I hope to loose at least 80 pounds By next year.

My Program:
Some of the goals I have been trying to meet are just as posted above . As for the exercise It's real hard to stay focused in 30 below tempatures. So I have to work harder on my exercise program.

Personal Information:
I am origionally from Seattle , and 13 yrs. ago I moved to a small town of Browning Mt. This is where my Weight happened. I now have a 3yr. old daughter. I love God and prey every day.
I love Being ative , music ,dance art, hicking, riding in boats , Waterways, warm weather, Ballets ,Plays, Symphonies, animals, different cultural worlds, and ways,But most of all spending time with my Daughter , and family relations. So Though I like to do all these things I don't have much time to do them . I have recently just moved back to Seattle washington , and "Boy ! "has it been adjustment to get used to ! I'm deffinatly not used to the city anymore... I have to get used to it now and am willing to give this my best shot , its about change and even if you donn't feel it right at the moment it may still be possitive change.

Other Information:
I hope to do well in life and accomplish and do wonderful things I'd never thought I'd do. Like Travel to places of intrest, and eventually move back to Seattle I miss the water...Family and friends...
