Introduction Text Starting Over, Take 68....this will be the LAST Take! I've tried every diet plan out there, I've succeeded on several only to gain everything back. And I know I shouldn't say "DIET"... I know, it's a way of life not a diet. But when you have as much to lose as I do it feels like a diet. D Day begins 8/22/10! Well, I hit a speed bump, but I'm back on track as of 9/27/10.
