To take care of myself for a change. I plan to start doing some type of exercise each day. Drink more water. I would like to be down to 260 by 7/18/10 Goal didn't happen until 12/2010

Trying to watch what I'm eating, get in more fresh vegetables, fruits and drink plenty of water. Get back to exercises, walking, using the eliptical and the treadmill. I am walking with my girls trying to build up for our final chaIlenge. I also have some hand weight and need to work out with those too.

My name is Judy I'm 56 and I have worked since I was 17. I have raised 3 wonderful daughters and I am very proud of all of them. I was born and raised in Henderson, NC. Have been married for 39 years. We have 10 grandchildren, 8 girls & 2 boys.

My down fall is any kind of sweets especially chocolate and any kind of ice cream. I like to read romance novels but I don't read much any more. I watch alot of TV, to much. I have tried almost every diet plan and exercise equipment out there. Some of them worked but I would put the weight right back on.
