    I need to realize to check my sparkpage for comments, lol.
    Glad you are getting used to smaller meals. I don't know if I could do that. Of course, I guess in a way, I am. I eat a small breakfast, snack, medium size lunch, snack...but then dinner is tricky. Not everyone in my household wants to eat healthy lol.

    I've been doing Zumba so I'm trying to keep going and challenging myself when I get there. I'm trying to be aware of my abs and keep them tight...when I remember. I'm trying to work on the squats. Sigh...I feel so out of shape and I honestly didn't think I was that bad.

    How about you? What do you use for workouts?
