Introduction Text Hi, my name is Maggie. I am 28 years old. I joined SP after deciding that I need to make better health choices. My father passed away in December '08 and it has been really hard for me to concentrate on things like eating right and exercise. We had a family business and due to his passing we decided to go out of business which also made me unemployed .....sooo needless to say my life has been full of very painful and stressfull changes as of late and I decided that I cannot lose control and go back to being 300 plus pounds. At a time when I f eel like things are spinning out of contrtol I know it will feel good to take control of this aspect of my life! I have always struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I don't care about being skinny. I just want to feel good about myself again. I know that there is a beautiful girl in here somewhere and I am ready to find her. I have a loving and supportive family and boyfriend that love me, so I am sure that I can do it as long as I stay focused!

To lose weight, exercise more and eat better.

Try to eat 1200 cals a day or under and exercise for 30 min 4-5 days a week.
