My Goals:
To start feeling better, when it comes to my health.
Get into a size 8 by December 2013.

My Program:
 Tracking my food everyday.
Walk every morning 1.9 miles in 35 minuets, as long as the weather is good.


Personal Information:
My name is Gloria, I'm 47. Started Sparpeople about 3 years ago, lost over 50 pounds in 6 months, but have regained since I stopped tracking my foods and exercise. Started again May 10, 2013 at 175 pounds. This time will be better!! Can't wait to get back to my normal exercising routine again!!

    How could you not, living in such a beautiful environment.

    Someone in our neightborhood saw a red fox yesterday morning. It is illegal to do so, but I plan to put out cat food and water for it, as she said it looked extremely thin,

    I LOVED ALL your photos. You have such a beautiful place to live in the country, with woods and a pond; AND surrounded by all the animals. I can tell how much you care for them.

    Living in the beauty of nature, and surrounded by many other creatures = a wonderul life!

    I, too, am an animal lover; have only dogs, cats and lots and lots of birds.

    Your raptor is a lovely fellow; so delighted to see he is NOT in a cage.
