I am a wife, a mother of three, a part time Caker, with a full time job, and I am wageing war agianst my fat. I have been up and down for years now and I'm just tired of the yoyo weight gains and loses, it's time to just keep it off, and for good. It's time to prove to my self that I am worth the time and effort, and that I too deserve the better thing life has to offer. I am very thankful for my life and for all the blessing I have received!

My Goal is to be 118lbs by my next birthday, and to stay that way!

My Goals:
My goals are to get back in shape and stay in shape for good.
I would like to be back down to 115 lbs by my next birthday which is May 6th!

My Program:
Watching my calorie intake, log on everyday and track my calories cosumption. get in about 20 - 60 min of cardio a day or burn about 2000 calories a week. Most of all I try to stay the course and be consistant

Personal Information:
I am Trinidadian American, and a native New Yorker. I am married to a sexy Peruvian. He is my best friend and after 7 years he still make me tingle! I have 3 children, 2 girls and a boy. I'm a video gamer, a cake designer, an artist, and I love to cook.

Other Information:
I love to read Scifi/fantasy books & movies like "Eragon", "The Lords of the Rings", "Harry Potter", "The Hobbit", "Ink Spell" series, the Transformer movie, "Never Ending Story", "Legend", "Willow" etc...and I love Marvel Legend Movies, Comedies like "Nacho Libre", "School of Rock", "Napoleon Dynomite"... TV show like, "Scrubs", "24", "Law & Order", "America's Next Top Model", "Ace of Cakes", Cake Challenges on Food Network, "Amazing Wedding Cakes", I can go on because I get into a lot of stuff so I will stop here...

    Yep, just by tracking your own meals will also help. You don't realize how many calories you are eating in a day until you track everything. You can look at my meals. Just go to my page and click "View my food and exercise log". There, you can see everything I have eaten. Alot of days I will sit down and plan my entire day out so I know if there will be too many calories that day or if i have extra calories I can play around with. This is an invaluable's awesome!

    Hey Maria...I'll try to help you as much as I can.
    I am not really sure about the food allergy thing but if you click on "Don't show my meal plan" you can put in your own food you want to eat. You don't have to eat what they have in there. That will help you too until you get the food on their list. Actually, I have never gone by their meal plans. I create my own because I am so picky! LOL
    Your start date should be the first day you signed in so it should be yesterday....7/22.
    Remember, you dont' have to eat their meals. Make your own healthy meals and put it in and track it that way. Just click on "Add food" and search....their are tons of different foods already stored there that you can add in!
