Hi!! I've been slacking, hardcore, on the workouts. But, I used to do Bikram (hot) yoga, six days a week...it's addictive! I loved it. The first few classes are the hardest, you feel like you're gonna drown in your sweat; but if you keep going with it, you'll be jacked like nobody's business. I went from 160 to 143 doing it. thank you so much i will be here the whole way through your journey dont give up and you will be there sooner then you think i cant wait to watch your progress i made it to my goal weight of 135 in 5 months and kept it off for almost a year until i started working at this wing place so now im back i have to start at 148 thiss time tho and plan on going to 120 :) we can do it 3433 days ago
