    emoticon Thanks so much for stopping by my page and leaving some words of encouragement. I saw that we are fairly similar situations trying to juggle family, work and school. My close friends are always so baffled that I can do all that, but when it comes to loosing weight I just seem to hit a brick wall. And they're right - if we can do that, we can do this too!

    I'm sure you're going to have a fabulous 30th! When is the big day?
    I'm hitting my milestone 25 in June - no chances I'll be in shape by then, but I'd like to feel like i'm going the right direction!

    Hello! I am glad you left me a comment. I am bad at initiating a conversation. Your kids are adorable. Gotta love um! That is awesome that we live in the same area. I live on Valvista and Warner. I have started my profile back in 2007 in hopes of meeting people and losing weight, but with me and my excuses it didn't last than I got pregnant so I totally fell of the band wagon. Now I shouldn't have any excuses but I am sure I can think of a couple. emoticon . Keep in touch.

    I hope you're getting back on the right track again! Btw, sorry it takes me a long time to respond sometimes.
    Right now I'm keeping everything simple the only guidelines I have are eating between 1300-1730 calories a day and exercising. I still eat out a lot, burgers, fries, etc. Which I know at some point I might have to give up if the scale wont move anymore, lol, but for now it's alright I just have to watch my proportions and plan it into my calories for the day without going over. And I work out 5-6 days a week for about an hour at a time, but that varies every now and then depending on how busy I am.

    I understand eating out of boredom though, lol, I'm not an "emotional eater" like a lot of other people, I used to just eat a lot when I was bored. Now, I found some mini chocolate covered ice cream bars that only have like 115 calories, so I eat them sometimes when I want something sweet.
