Time Restricted Eating and/or Intermittent Fasting...
I know these aren't for everyone, but after researching, I began practicing both in August 2020 and have found the changes in lifestyle to be very helpful in my weight loss journey. I hope to also see dramatic changes in my A1c!
As I get closer to my healthy BMI weight range, I especially welcome support buddies who are maintaining weight loss after using TRE and/or IF to lose weight. I hope to learn what maintenance has been like for you, what tips you might have, what difficulties you had (if any). Have you continued to use TRE and/or IF into Maintenance? Eliminating snacking
Practicing Time Restricted Eating and Intermittent Fasting
Adding more healthy fats back in to my life
Lower carb - reducing overall the amount of added sugars, carbs, and processed foods in my diet
Enjoying my time outdoors with nature!
