I want to lose 30 pounds (for now...that is a short term goal...30 pounds lost will get me to Onederland then it's time for Phase 2 of the Plan).

1 pound lost = 3500 calories. 30 pounds lost = 105,000 calories.

    okay. Monday morning- at it AGAIN! My friend and I made this deal that if we go over 1200 calories we each have to walk a half marathon the next day for punishment. I don't want to do that AT ALL so that is our new deal haha I have 10 days until vacation so I have 10 solid days of 1200 calories, workouts, and no cheating! I will be recording my food. Are you with me :) ?
