Introduction Text I've never been in great shape my whole life. Growing up I was overweight and as I got older I learned how to control my eating habits and started a workout routin. I quickly lost the weight but then quit working out and well gave up the eating right part also. In 2000 I joined a gym with my wife (after much pushing from wifey). I started to love it and went religiously for almost 7 years and was in the best shape of my life. But then life happened and well that all went down hill fast, so now I'm looking to get back into the routin but this time I'm doing things different that will hopefully last for the rest of my life. I'm 34 now and I want to be around for my 4 kids when they are grown and we can go do fun things without dear old dad slowing them down. I also want to feel better about myself image and just feel healthy all the way around. So this time I'm in it 4LIFE!!
