    Hey, here is the response I left on FLGRL's page:

    Cut up a big bag of celery for snacks (with hummus)
    Made a large Chicken Spinach Frittata for lunches (8 servings)
    Broiled 4 chicken breasts for salads.
    Baked a loaf of whole wheat bread for breakfast.
    Shredded red cabbage and carrots for salads. ( if everything is shredded you can just throw a little of each over baby spinach, add some chicken and craisins and you have a fabulous lunch salad)
    Made a large pot of spinach and bean soup.
    Cut up broccoli and cauliflower for quick roasting on weeknights.

    Tonight I will peel and section a couple of oranges for snacks tomorrow. I pack everything for my day at work- cheese sticks, salad, fruit, yogurt. grape tomatoes, celery, baby peppers.

    More suggestions tomorrow.

    Hi-
    I just realized I answered your question on my own Spark Page instead of putting it on yours! Ugh!
    But in case you don't see it there, I'm only on day 3 of the Shred, so right now I'm ok. I am only using 3 lb weights. She does seem to concentrate on upper body more than lower on this first level. I'll just have to see how it goes.
