Today was a great day!! I worked out in my yard for nearly 3 hours almost missed lunch grabbed a yogurt and kept going. Reading all the great things on Spark has kept me motivated and it's great Therapy..I feel blessed..

Hi, my name is Molly and I live in Michigan . I have finally found what works for me on losing weight and getting healthy..I am on keto, but let's be honest dirty keto..I cannot afford to eat clean keto but dirty has worked for me since February. So my secret for me is intermittent fasting and keto. I never eat after 6 pm, and my first meal of the day is around 11am I have a window of 7 hours to get my healthy meal in and a light meal and a snack. I have reduced my prescription drugs from 5 pills a day to 2 ,my B/P is great I sleep better and I have lost 25 lbs. I am never hungry, and I drink kombucha, it's been a great drink for me. I will be honest also and say I do not exercise, I keep busy but I never get anything done..๐Ÿ’๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ˜บ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿพ๐ŸŒบ๐Ÿ•Š

My Goals:
My biggest goal is to reduce my blood pressure medication, my health is good and I'm active enough I just cannot control my b/p. Dr increased my meds to dbl what it was.
And I really really need to lose 20 pounds to get those meds down.


My Program:
I am trying lo- carb, and I bought a mini trampoline for the days I can't get out to exercise and a 15 lb kettlebell. I love the kettlebell it's easy to use .
I'm weighing in every Month and I know it's going to be slow and steady..I can do this.

It's been like a teeter totter up a pound down a pound , I'm hanging in here but not making much progress..still not giving up..
