Today was a great day!! I worked out in my yard for nearly 3 hours almost missed lunch grabbed a yogurt and kept going. Reading all the great things on Spark has kept me motivated and it's great Therapy..I feel blessed..

    If you would like to try something different with a little challenge...I have one for you to consider. It's a small private team that competes with others within the larger X-Weighted team. Doing various challenges. Runs for 8 weeks. Main requirement is to post weight weekly...other activities, all though very beneficial, are optional.
