Hey everyone I'm back again. 46 years old now and have 2 grandbabies. A girl who is 2 and a baby boy who is 1mo old. Over the years my weight has been fluctuating like many of us do. Lots of emotional struggles going on, it seams like it never ends. But I'm still trying to hang in here. One day I will do this thing. Hello everyone, my name is Amy. I am 43 years old and have two kids in their early 20's. I have some depression and more recently have begun to have anxiety. Lately I have been asking myself questions, am I worth it? What's the point? I need to figure out how to feel good again.

My goals...hmmm. Well i guess my goal is to learn to be a little more selfish in a way. To learn to pay more attention to my needs and wants. To live a healthier lifestyle, to get more exercise, and to lose about 50 pounds.

My name is Amy, i am 38 today - WooHoo!!! I have two beautiful teenage children: the oldest is 18 and lives with his father, the youngest is 15 and she lives with me. I was in a bad marrage for a long time, then about 5 or 6 years ago the love of my life (or so i thought) decided he wanted a new life - so he went to stay on his "friends" couch (whatev...) and he has been living with her since. My kids and i went through some very hard times. We went through a sortof homeless time due to their fathers lack of monitary obligations, which led me to sending the kids to live with their father - the hardest thing i EVER had to do. Then i met the most wonderful sweetie in the world (or at least my little part) and when we moved in together, i gave my kids the option of eather staying where they were or comeing back with me - 1 came home, 1 stayed. That was about 3 or 4 years ago...

    It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
