KRSCOMP
Hi, neighbor! I saw your location on the AZ team page and thought i'd check out your profile. Turns out we have a lot in common! My name is Kristen and I live a couple miles north of the community center you said you worked out at. (I haven't gotten the guts to check it out for myself yet.) I used to work with autistic preschoolers and i miss "my kids" like crazy! My father is currently diagnosed with terminal cancer. I am having trouble finding a church to call home since i married a non-believer a couple of years ago. I really admire your devotion of giving your problems to God. Your story just kinda hit home with me. I know a lot of my weight gain has been all my big stressors over the last couple of years and lack of support through it, but it's inspiring to see how you've endured through all of your hardships and are making some positive changes in your life! I hope I have the dedication to do the same. :) 4374 days ago

Hello happy Thursday! I am popping in all my friends page and I wanted to share something that I found. You may have already seen it, but here it is.
Give yourself some credit! For how much you do and how hard you work. For how deeply you care and how strong you can be. And for how often you put someone else first, and for how little you expect in return. All the good things you think about other people are true of you. So pay yourself a compliment ,too!
So here is a water for you and me, enjoy! Sonia 4565 days ago

I am so proud of you Christine!! You motivate me. I also was on the PRISM program in my lifetime and remember the teaching well including no sugar or white flour & reading labels...oh, and lots of water. I still go by it.. I lost 35 pounds there and now I am doing TOPS which is a more local support group for me. I also do the Women Studying The Bible SPARKTEAM and we are doing a book study called First Place by Carol Lewis. It reminds me of the PRISM group.
God Bless & may you continue to lose to your goal. Elaine
