Introduction Text Time to finally get to goal in 2012! Beginning: August 2002: 275 at delivery, 245lbs size 24, one child Currently: size 8/10, two children I am a wife and mother to a one year old toddler and 6 year old. I am a research scientist. WEiGHT HISTORY:: My heighest pregnancy weight was 275lbs in August 2002. I lost all the weight down to 152lbs by March 2005. I gained 10=+/- after relocating. I got pregnant again in Oct 2006 starting at 161lbs. I weighed 199lbs(whew) at delivery and delivered in July 2007. I am currently trying to achieve my second goal of 135 lbs and a solid size 6. PERCENTAGE OF WEIGHT LOSS TO DATE: 46.55% (SW - CW= lbs lost / SW x 100 = % OF WEIGHTLOSS GOALS: Clean eating/Jackie Warner plan, decreasing my appetite for sweets, and staying on a routine excercie plans are my current goals. I have used medifast, 1200cal-diet, clean eating, and WW to loose the weight. Here to meet people and make friends while gaining skills, motivation, and support. Looking forward to looking sleek, sexxy, and sophisticated this summer.

Nutrition: eat 1200-1500cals/day. Following the Weight watchers plan with a clean eating approach.. Fitness: Loose inches and firm up by body sculpting/toning. Cardio 4-5x/wk consitently. My Workouts: 30 day shred Taebo Biggest Loser Cardio Max Walking-2.25 mile minimum
