Hello Hello!!
I am Kendale, I'm 25, and I am ready to change my life!!

I was recently a member of Weight Watchers, and lost about 20 lbs through their program. I could no longer afford it, and had to end the membership. I am so happy to have found SparkPeople! Its an amazing place!!

Overall Goal:
Loose 144.8 lbs

Other Goals:

*Be in a size 18 by May 11, 2013

*Run/Participate in Five 5Ks this year (two so far)

*Participate in the Disney Princess Half Marathon in 2014

*Loose 40 lbs by July 7th, my birthday

My Program:
 I am combing my teachings from Weight Watchers with the SparkPeople program.

I love to eat alot of Fruits and Veggies


Personal Information:
I am born and raised in the great state of Texas.

I have been with my husband for 9 years, and we have been married for nearly 3.

We have no children, but we have a small doxie named Wrangler.
