    Amy that's fantastic! I've lost 28 lbs since 2/16. I try to avoid fast food like the plague, but it got me last week as well. I'm back on track now. I still haven't been swimming or exercising because my schedule has been crazy at work...and I'm lazy

    So far, my food choices are on point. I've been working all week, so have not exercised much, but I'm off tomorrow and Friday, so I'll be swimming at the community center those days. Hope the rest of your week is great! 😀

    Hey Mackly! I eat bacon, beef, pork, turkey, chicken, ham, tuna, tilapia, shrimp, deer meat, pretty much any kind of meat except processed meat like sausage or lunch meat (I still eat a little of those, but not often). Atkins is going great! I've been in ketosis since 2-18-16, and I've lost 16 lbs, but more importantly I feel better, have more energy, and I don't crave junky food anymore.
