Personal Information:
I am a 42 year old, married female, with 8 children. Child number 7 trashed my metabolism. Child number 8 made my weight stable.

My youngest is 1 year and my oldest is 27 years.

I also have 8 grandchildren that I try to stay involved with.

Other Information:
 I have been legaly handicapped since I was 18 years old. I tried to have a life with my handicap, but 8 years ago went on permanent disability.

I have never tried to diet or change my eating habits before and hope this helps all around.
